I'm looking to get my first corset, preferably an inexpensive one, to start
getting used to wearing one. I want something I can eventually tight lace,
so it needs to be more than one of the standard lingerie shop garments.

Does anyone know where I might look for such an item?

Also, in the past I've seen dietary suggestions for tight lacing, but I am
unable to find the message. Anyone got that handy?

Thanks,

Nyyki

Tight lacing is a expensive sport. But you can start by
a standard lingerie shop garments test corset from http://www.ebay.com/

when it is broken, you have need of a strong corset from C&S Corsetry

by a http://www.staylace.com/retail/cands/c&s.htm 450$

dietary suggestions for tight lacing is a spread misunderstanding
but if you not eat sugar-food, light bread and only drink water and
low-fat milk,
your have a fine dietary.
it is not a inexpensive dietary.

Now, I have need to know your body size. but I see they start about
$35.00
but I think you have need to spend $50.00 on http://www.ebay.com/

$450.00 for one C&S Corset is a lot of money, but that corset
survive more than 10 corset to $50.00

suggest ask http://corset.dk and tell about your problem. he will help
you.

That's a nice quote. I have family members I need to show this to.

Thanks for the info. And it's not a matter of the dollar amount, it's just
what I need to budget for the garment.

Hi Nicole. Well, you have already gotten some good advice. Of course,
custom fitted is going to be the best, and at the same time, more
expensive option. Although pretty much any good corset companies are
going to make a nice corset. I would just like to add Vollers to your
list of corset makers to check out. Since this is your first corset,
and you said you just wanted to get used to them, and maybe later
tightlace, a Volllers is nicely made, sturdy, and (for me at least)
fits quite well. And, if you were to watch on Ebay, you can find some
for a very nice price. The most I have paid for a Vollers so far (I
have bought 3) is 140$ for a new corset. The least I have spent was
80$. Both pretty reasonable, in my opinion. When you do actually
decide that you wish to tightlace, then yea, I would recommend a
custom fitted corset. But at the same time, the best fitting one I
have right now, is a 22" Vollers.

Dear Nicole,
As I am a great admirer of the corset's effect on a woman....with a
wee bit experience (as a Master) with them...I thought I'd put my
two-cents-worth in :o) Not long ago I met a gal, just like you,
wanting to be tightly "laced". She went to a mail-order outfit from
England to get her "first". I have seen, and purchased (for my subs)
lesser priced...and lesser quality...corsets for them. From that
experience....I found her more expensive one well worth the time and
money to get one. If you buy them "off the rack" so to speak....you will
undoubtedly end up with an ill-fitting corset. And the quality (not to
mention the durability) will be lacking as well. And a cheaper corset
MAY just turn you away from "lacing" all together. In my eye...that
would be a shame. As few women indulge in such erotically exciting
activities as it is !
Should you need any further assistance, don't hesitate to write me
directly. Curt
